Liberalism theory.

I agry, the world has improve it self over the time, from queens and kings and monarqui to what we are now.

I Believe we will progressing over the future and making more effective for the people the way of ruling. I also believe that we need to be rule by someone or some group. Citizens ruling citizens doesnt work very much.
